Shipping policy

WHAT ARE THE DELIVERY COSTS AND TIMELINES?

We offer the following shipping methods for delivery in UAE:

  • Standard delivery (20AED): receive your order at your home or business address in 24hr
  • Same-day delivery (25AED, Dubai only): receive your order at your home or business address within the same day. Available every day for orders placed before 2 pm.
  • Pickup locations (for prepaid orders only, FREE): pick up your order at a designated pickup location within 1 business days.

We offer FREE delivery on all merchandise orders of 300 AED and over.

COD service is FREE

Please note that all cash on delivery orders is free, We will charge a delivery fee of 20 AED.

Cash on Delivery is available on items delivered by Corado

  The maximum order value for Cash On Delivery (COD) payment is 1000 AED.

Upon delivery, the carrier will collect the amount due for the order total. with delivery  charge a fee of 20 AED

Payment for COD will only be accepted in the local currency (United Arab Emirates Dirhams), as displayed during checkout.

Refunds and exchanges for all items purchased with COD are issued in store.

 

*Please note there are remote locations within UAE that may have longer delivery times, which are dependent on our delivery provider.
